By creating an account or using SolarPanti's services — including the SOLARSETU marketplace — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

SOLARSETU seller and buyer accounts require a valid GSTIN and business registration details. You are responsible for ensuring this information is accurate and up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

SolarPanti provides a comprehensive solar energy platform connecting clients, EPCs, technicians, manufacturers, vendors, and freelancers.

SOLARSETU is SolarPanti's B2B solar procurement marketplace. It enables registered buyers to browse SSP-coded, ALMM-listed products from verified manufacturers, submit RFQs (Requests for Quotation), compare specifications, and place orders.

SSP (SolarPanti Seller/Product) codes are assigned to verified sellers and their listed products after successful identity and ALMM eligibility checks. These codes are non-transferable and revocable.

We offer tools for project management, performance monitoring, payment processing, and communication.

Services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

Sellers on SOLARSETU must ensure all listed products carry accurate specifications, valid ALMM registration, and genuine certifications. Misrepresentation of product data is grounds for immediate SSP code revocation and account suspension.

Buyers on SOLARSETU must submit RFQs in good faith and not misuse the RFQ system for competitive intelligence without genuine procurement intent.

You will not use our services to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.

You will not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services.

You will not use automated means to scrape product data, pricing, or seller information without our written permission.

All content, features, and functionality on SolarPanti and SOLARSETU — including SSP code systems, ALMM data integrations, and marketplace design — are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without written permission.

Product data, specifications, and catalogue content submitted by sellers remain the property of the respective sellers, but you grant us a license to display and index this content to operate the SOLARSETU marketplace.

Certain services require payment. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

B2B transactions on SOLARSETU between buyers and sellers are governed by the individual order agreements and GST-compliant invoices issued by the seller. SolarPanti facilitates but is not a party to these transactions.

Platform fees and subscription charges are processed securely through Razorpay and other approved payment gateways.

All payments are subject to our refund policy.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

Failure to pay platform fees may result in suspension of your account or revocation of SSP code privileges.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data — including SOLARSETU marketplace data such as RFQ submissions, seller profiles, and order history.

We comply with applicable data protection laws including India's DPDP Act 2023, IT Act, and GDPR where applicable.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolarPanti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

SolarPanti is a marketplace platform and is not responsible for disputes arising between buyers and sellers on SOLARSETU regarding product quality, delivery, or fulfilment. Such disputes are between the buyer and seller.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not responsible for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account — and revoke any assigned SSP codes — for violations of these terms, misrepresentation of product or certification data, or illegal activities.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately, including access to the SOLARSETU seller dashboard and product listings.

Provisions that should survive termination include intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.

If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
