- •RFQ (Request for Quotation) details — product requirements, quantities, delivery timelines, and buyer–seller correspondence
- •Product listings, catalogue data, pricing, and inventory information submitted by sellers
- •Order history, transaction records, and fulfilment communications
- •Seller performance metrics, response rates, and buyer reviews
Usage Information
- •Log data including IP address, browser type, and device information
- •Pages visited, search queries (product names, SSP codes, categories), time spent, and interaction patterns

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure
Within the SOLARSETU Marketplace
- •When you submit an RFQ, your business name, requirements, and contact details are shared with the selected verified sellers to enable them to respond with a quote
- •Seller profiles, SSP codes, ALMM certification status, and product specifications are visible to registered buyers on the marketplace
- •Order and transaction details are shared between the buyer and seller involved in that specific transaction

- •Payment processors (Razorpay), cloud hosting (AWS Mumbai region), email services, and analytics providers
- •GSTIN verification partners and ALMM data integration services
- •Logistics and fulfilment partners (only the shipping-relevant data required to complete your order)

We Do NOT

Deletion
- •Data is securely deleted after retention periods expire
- •You may request earlier deletion (subject to legal obligations — GST transaction records cannot be deleted early)
